Suspend or revoke of the certificate
A qualified certificate may be suspended or revoked:
- 24 hours a day, 7 days a week,
- by contacting our operator at the following telephone number: +48 22 490 49 86,
- at the closest Registration Point,
- by sending an application to suspend / revoke the certificate by email with the qualified signature at the address: uniewaznienia@eurocert.pl - download the application .pdf
- by sending an application to suspend / revoke the certificate by post to the address of Eurocert Sp. z o.o. HQ - download the application .pdf
- by completing the Online Suspend / Revoke Application Form
- on the basis of the causes mentioned in the Electronic Signature Act
The qualified certificate containing the subscriber's data may be revoked only at its request.
A qualified certificate with additional data may be revoked by both the Subscriber and the authorized representative of the represented entity.
Suspend of a qualified certificate can not last longer than 7 days. After the this period, if the doubts can not be clarified, the entity providing certification services immediately revokes the qualified certificate.
A certificate that has been suspended may be subsequently revoked or its suspension may be canceled. If you want cancel suspension, please complete the application and go to the registration point in order to authenticate - download the application .pdf

In the case of revoke request of a qualified certificate with additional data by an authorized representative of the represented entity, it will be required to verify both the data of the Subscriber and the data of the authorized representative of the represented entity. Before proceeding with the revoke, please prepare the necessary documents containing the information that was provided during the process of issuing the qualified certificate.
