The qualified seal is assigned to an organization (Tax ID), not to a specific individual (Personal ID). This way, the system recognizes the company as the entity signing documents, regardless of changes in management composition.
This solution is particularly important for capital groups and companies with foreign management participation, where the lack of a Personal ID number prevents standard forms of authentication.
