EuroCert Sp. z o.o., striving to ensure a high level of security of trust services to all its clients, provides an opportunity to report events that may indicate the occurrence of a security incident.

An event is herein referred to as the occurrence of a situation that may indicate or point to the occurrence of an Information Security Incident such as, for example, lack or limitation of availability of services, breach of confidentiality, breach of personal data security or other similar events.

In the event of such an occurrence, in the interest of your own security, you are kindly requested to complete the -> Customer Incident Reporting Form and send it by email to EuroCert sp. z o.o. Support Department. -> wsparcie@eurocert.pl.

If sending a message by e-mail is impossible or difficult, the information contained in the form should be forwarded by phone to an employee of the Support Department of EuroCert Sp. z o.o. at +48 22 390 59 95.

The notification should include the date and time of detection (to the nearest minute), address data of the notifying person, urgency information, indication of the breached security attribute, a short description identifying the event and a full description of the event. The full description of the event should include all details, such as the type of non-compliance or violation, damage occurring, screen messages.

A Support staff member using the contact information provided in the request will notify the customer that the request has been accepted and the request number, which will be used to identify the request when contacting the event reporter.

The requester of the event will be informed by the Support Department on how to resolve and close the request.
